Obituary: Janis Enfugian, 50

Janis Enfugian, 50, of Reading, died at her home on Monday, April 27.

Born in Stoneham, July 28, 1950, she was the daughter of the late John and Alice (Gadarian) Enfugian.

Janis was raised in Stoneham. She is a former worker for the EMARC. She was a cherished resident of Pitman Drive of Communitas for nearly 30 years, where she developed close bonds with caregivers and friends. Despite all the challenges, Janis was known for her love of music, whether it was listening to Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, or Perry Como on repeat. Janis also had a love for beauty and expressed her spunky personality through getting her nails done, dying her hair, or showing off her favorite sunhat and sunglasses. Janis attended Shore Collaborative during the week and enjoyed her days spending time with friends and engaging in activities. Janis impacted all those around her and those who had the privilege of working with her.

Janis is survived by her cousin Deborah Dalis.

Her Funeral Service will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan-Anderson Funeral Home, 322 Main Street, Stoneham on Wednesday May 6, at 12 noon. Followed by interment to follow at Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
