May 23, 1927 – December 16, 2022

Ruth Mack McGlinchey passed away peacefully on December 16, 2022, at the age of 95, in Lowell, Massachusetts. Ruth was born on May 23, 1927, in Lawrence, MA

Ruth was devoted to her family and friends. She was the sweetest, most caring, and giving person, who enjoyed life to the fullest, from square dancing to line dancing. Ruth and her husband, Edward spent many years in Reading, MA raising their 6 children. After Edward’s retirement from White Fuel and her retirement from American Mutual, they moved to Beverly Hills, FL. They spent 20 years in Fl, again making many special friendships. Edward passed away on December 13, 2007, after 55+ years of marriage. A year later, Ruth moved back to Massachusetts to be closer to family and found herself in Tewksbury.

Ruth enjoyed her years in the Tewksbury/Lowell area. Ruth spoke very highly and affectionately of the friends that kept her busy and in touch with all that was happening. It was friends at the Tewksbury Congregational Church, the Ladies Aid, bingo at the Tewksbury Senior Center and the Donna Donut bunch that helped her through her journey.
