Rules and Regulations – How to Participate:
Contest begins on November 22nd and ends on December 22nd. No purchase or transaction necessary to participate. A purchase or transaction will not increase your child’s chances of winning. Children are encouraged to color and return the 135th Anniversary Coloring page to any branch. We may display the submitted drawings in the branches or online. Regardless whether the child completes a drawing, all children ages 12 and under (exceptions noted below) with the permission of their parents, are eligible to enter the sweepstakes by completing the entry form with the child’s name and age, and the contact information for the parent or legal guardian. All entries must be received by the closing date of the contest. One entry per child. The prize is one Reading Cooperative Bank commemorative coin. Prizes will be available while supplies last.
General Conditions:
Offer good only for legal U.S. Residents who are 12 years of age or younger except children of, or children living in the household of employees of Reading Cooperative Bank, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Parents or legal guardians (collectively referred to as “you” or “your”) of prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release to be returned within the time specified or prize award will be void and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged. Reading Cooperative Bank is not responsible for illegible, damaged, or lost entries. Prize claim material is subject to verification and is automatically void and will be rejected if forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, mechanically reproduced or irregular in any way. All submissions become property of Reading Cooperative Bank. Reading Cooperative Bank shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from your, or your child’s participation in our promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. By accepting a prize, you, individually and on behalf of your minor child, agree that Reading Cooperative Bank shall be permitted to use the child’s name, address (limited to city and state) photograph and likeness for future promotional purposes, including Internet announcements, without compensation.
