Parker Middle School Roof Replacement

PROJECT #23-05

The Town of Reading, invites sealed bids for the Parker Middle School Roof Replacement Project 23-05.

The project generally consists of tearing-off of the entire roofing system down to decking

Sealed bids for the General Contract will be received until 1:00 PM on Monday, October 10, 2022.

Bid documents will be available after 9:00 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx.  

The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the Towns best interest to do so.
