Representative Jones Casts his 7,750th Consecutive Vote

Local legislator continues to maintain a perfect voting record

House Minority Leader Bradley H. Jones, Jr. (R-North Reading) recently cast his 7,750th consecutive vote as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Representative Jones achieved this voting milestone on June 16, when he voted to support the engrossment of House Bill 4879, An Act addressing barriers to care for mental health. The bill seeks to improve access to mental health services and to establish parity between behavioral and physical health care insurance coverage.

Since he was first elected as a state legislator, Jones has never missed a roll call. He continues to maintain a perfect voting record to this day.

“My voting record reflects my personal commitment to providing strong and effective representation for the residents of North Reading, Lynnfield, Reading and Middleton,” said Jones. “I am truly honored and humbled to have earned the trust of the voters of the 20th Middlesex District to serve as their voice on Beacon Hill and I will continue to use my position to advocate for their interests on a daily basis.”
