Eleanor M. (Caruso) Lowder, of Reading, formerly of Peabody, passed away on Wednesday, April 27th. She was 84. Born in Somerville, she was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Koscielski) Caruso.
Eleanor was the devoted mother of Susan Mahoney and her husband James of Wilmington, James Lowder of Billerica, and Mark Lowder of Peabody. She is the loving Grandma of 5 and Great Grandma of 2. She is the dear sister of Richard Caruso and his wife Saf, Robert Caruso both of Florida and the late Joseph Caruso and his late wife Joan. She is also survived by many cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Eleanor’s name to the Italian Home For Children, 1125 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. Eleanor’s services will be private
