Jane E. (Pickett) Grossi of Reading and Winter Garden, Florida, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022. She was 80 years of age.
Born in Somerville, Jane was the daughter of Thomas and Eleanor (Tosi) Pickett.
Jane chased her dreams of travel and spending time with family. She created a bucket list and accomplished every single one of them. Hot Air Balloon Rides, taking cruises through the Caribbean Islands, a trip to Europe and her most enjoyable trip was to Hawaii.
Jane is the devoted wife of the late Gene Grossi. She is the beloved mother of Gene A. “Gino” Grossi, Julie E. Grossi Kenneally and her husband Kenneth and Scott C. Grossi. She is the cherished grandmother of Christopher Grossi, Danielle Grossi, Jennifer Webster and her husband Greg, Jill Kenneally and her fiance Kyle McCarthy and Joshua Grossi. Great grandmother of Hannah and Grayson Grossi. Dear sister of Thomas Pickett, Louise LoPresti and the late Mary Lochiatto and her surviving husband John. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service Celebrating Jane’s Eternal Life will be held in the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING on Thursday April 21, 2022 at 10 am.
Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Wednesday April 20, 2022 from 4 pm to 7 pm. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
