The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites bids for:
“Community Engagement and Planning Reading Center for Active Living (ReCal) CONTRACT” Contract No. 22-26
The Proposal, Specifications and Bid Forms for the contract may be examined and copies obtained through www.bidnetdirect.com after January 5 at 9 am or via email at purchasing@ci.reading.ma.us. Please note that Town Hall is closed on Fridays.
Bids must be submitted to the www.bidnetdirect.com before 1:00 P.M. on January 24, 2022, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The contract will be awarded under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30b to the lowest cost responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest total price for all three years of the contract.
The Town of Reading accepts no responsibility and will provide no accommodation to Bidders who submit a response and or bid based on an out-of-date solicitation or on information received from a source other than the Town of Reading or ww.bidnetdirect.com.
The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town’s and/or the public’s best interest.
