Marilyn M. (Mcsheehy) Serrentino, a lifelong resident of Reading, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on February 21, 2021. She was 88 years of age. Marilyn was born in Reading, Massachusetts on October 25, 1932, the daughter of the late Harold and Bertha (Coles) Mcsheehy.
Marilyn was a graduate of Reading High School. She was an avid reader and loved crossword puzzles. She loved to paint and was a lover of animals. Her family was first and foremost in her life.
Marilyn was the beloved wife of the late Michael A. Serrentino. Devoted mother of Robin Serrentino and her partner Tony Graziano of Reading. Wendy Laschi and her husband James of Methuen, Michael S. Serrentino and his wife Joyce of Reading, David P. Serrentino of Sunapee, NH, and Peter A. Serrentino and his wife Debby of Merrimack, NH. Cherished sister of Joan Russell of NH, the late Harold, Herbert, and Richard Mcsheehy. Loving grandmother of Diane, Kathy, Krissy, James, Angela, Matthew, Joey, Janelle, Izabelle, Jacob, Jared, and Samuel. Loving great grandmother of 14.
Due to the pandemic Marilyn’s Funeral Mass at St. Athanasius Church and burial will be private and there are no visiting hours.
