
Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank (RCB) is pleased to announce the hiring of Christopher Dias Vice President, Treasury Management Officer. Dias brings over a decade of banking and financial services experience. He comes from Enterprise Bank, where he spent twelve years as a Branch Manager and SVP, Cash Management Advisor. In his role, Dias will oversee a portfolio of treasury management clients and develop new business relationships. He’ll work closely with businesses to streamline their treasury operations and deliver tailored solutions.

Dias holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), accredited by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). In addition, he is an active member of the New England Association for Financial Professionals.

Dias currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association. He also spent many years as a member/President of the Rotary Club of Tyngsboro/Dunstable and dedicated five years as a youth travel basketball coach in Tyngsboro.
Originally from Lawrence, MA, and raised in Derry, NH, Dias now resides in Pelham, NH, with his wife Ashley, their daughter, and their sidekick dog.
