September 21, 1944 – October 17, 2025

Patricia A. Margeson (Doucette), “Pattie”, age 81, a long-time resident of Tewksbury, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, at the Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers.
Pattie was born in Winchester, MA, on September 21, 1944, and was the cherished daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Boudreau) Doucette. She was raised and educated in Reading, MA, and was a proud graduate of Reading High School.
Pattie married her sweetheart, George Margeson, and together they made their home in Tewksbury, where they raised their two sons. Pattie was a devoted and loving wife and mother, and a true and loyal friend to many.
A hard-working woman throughout her life, Pattie built her own cleaning business from the ground up and earned the trust and friendship of many long-time clients—many of whom became like family. Her warm personality, strong work ethic, and kindness made her a beloved part of the community. In addition to her cleaning company, Pattie was an incredible cook and ran a successful catering business, providing delicious food and warm hospitality for events large and small.
Pattie was the kind of person who would drop everything to help a friend or neighbor in need. Her generous spirit, endless energy, and heart of gold made a lasting impact on everyone she met. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.
Pattie was the beloved wife of the late George Margeson. She was the devoted mother of George “Eddie” Margeson Jr. and his wife Kelly of Pepperell, and Robert Margeson of Tewksbury. Pattie is predeceased by her dear siblings Paul Doucette, Peter Doucette, Mary-Lou Doucette, Janet Santiago, Susan Shalit, Pamela O’Neill, and Donna Doucette. Pattie also leaves behind her best friend, Peggy Moscato, as well as a large and loving extended family of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA, on Thursday, October 23rd from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Dorothy’s Church, Main St. (Rte. 38), Wilmington, MA, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Tewksbury Cemetery, Tewksbury, MA.
