
Athletics Transitioning to Playoffs
As the regular season comes to a close for fall sports, Reading teams are heading into the final stretch of games, and for many, that means moving on to playoffs. Girls Volleyball is going into their first playoff game this weekend with a 14-6 record. They will play at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, home in Reading as the higher seed. With a record of 8-5-3, Boys Varsity Soccer will soon learn the details of their first playoff matchup after recently finishing their regular season with a 3-2 win against Woburn. Girls Varsity Field Hockey has gone 10-5-3, going into their first playoff game this Saturday, November 1, at 10:30 AM at the RMHS Turf 2. Lastly, Boys Varsity Football is wrapping up their regular season with a home game this Friday, October 31, getting students excited to celebrate Halloween in the stands.

Drama Club’s Fall Musical
This year, the RMHS drama club is putting on Catch Me if You Can, the musical based on the hit film starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Opening night is November 7, and performances will run until November 16 at Endslow Performing Arts Center at RMHS. With direction by Natalie Cunha and choreography by Katie Donovan, this upbeat musical is perfect for both the family and adults, offering entertainment as well as important themes revolving around identity and more. Wreaths Sold by Leo Club
Leo Club, a student-led club in relation with the Lions Rotary, holds a wreath drive leading up to the holidays where Reading households can purchase wreaths and have them delivered by RMHS students. Email Leo Club President kai.richardson@rdgstudent.com for an order form.
Business Fair Looking for Volunteers
RMHS is holding a “Credit for Life” fair in the Fieldhouse on Tuesday, November 25, and is in need of volunteers. This event aims to challenge RMHS students in business classes to grow their knowledge of financial management through a fun and interactive experience.
