James A. Heselton, of Bedford, New Hampshire, formerly of Reading, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 9, 2024. He was 79 years of age.
Born on July 9, 1945, in Lowell, MA, he was known for his kindness, generosity, and work ethic. He had a passion for fitness, cars, boats, tractors and high tech. He graduated from Reading Memorial High School in 1963 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Bentley College. His professional career spanned more than three decades and culminated as the long time divisional GM at Parker Hannifin.
James is the beloved husband of 58 years of Dorothy (Richards) Heselton. He is the cherished father of Beth White and her husband William and Eric Heselton. He is the loving grandfather of Kenzie and Kylie Bringola. Dear brother of John C. Heselton. He is pre-deceased by his infant son Glen, parents James and Grace (Campbell) Heselton and brother Michael.
Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with his family on Monday, December 16th, 2024, from 4pm to 7pm in the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. Reading. Parking attendants and elevator available.
