Alice Margaret (Toussaint) Barroga was born in Winchester, Massachusetts, on February 13, 1964, and was raised in Reading, Massachusetts. She attended Pearl Street School before relocating to Florida with her family in 1972. Alice was the youngest of five siblings and shared a special bond with her twin brother, Paul Toussaint. She made a lasting impact on so many people’s lives and was blessed to have many coworkers who became like family throughout her careers at McDonald’s, Arby’s, Target, and Wayne Dalton.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Lorraine Brogan Toussaint, and her siblings, Clifford Toussaint, Karen Quillen, Mark Toussaint, and Paul Toussaint.
Alice is survived by her husband of 35 years, Steve Barroga; her three children, Arielle, Kyndra, and Jaxon; and her sister, Nancy Rushworth, and her husband, Paul, of Reading.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 28, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Lewis Funeral Home Pace Chapel, 4777 West Spencer Field Road, Pace, Florida.
The family would like to thank all the staff at The Woodlands, HCA Florida West Hospital, and Select Specialty Hospital for the care and compassion they showed Alice over the past year.
