Congratulations to Karen Rose-Gillis and Melissa Murphy in joining Karen Gately Herrick on the Reading Select Board. Finally. May you three find a way to work together as sisters in “Select” as Sandra Day O’Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg did as “sisters in law”.
A Select Board that represents Reading. Reading is comprised of 52 % women, and now we have a Select Board that truly represents our voters. Thank you to Tony and Chris for running, and no criticism on your campaigns but yippee from me.
