Fuel Assistance Program: Aid is available to pay a portion of winter heating bills for households meeting federal income guidelines. Is you need an application or are new to the program, please contact GLCAC at (978) 681-4950. GLCAC will be coming to the PSC for 15 minute appointments on the first Thursday of the month starting December 7th through March 7th from 8:30am to 9:30am.
