WALTHAM, MA – The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (HBRAMA) welcomed a new slate of senior officers and honored “legends of the industry” at the organization’s 63rd Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony, held Nov. 9 on Cape Cod with special guests including Lt. The 2024 Executive Committee is composed of President Michael Duffany, President-Elect David O’Sullivan, Vice President/Treasurer Susan Kadilak, Vice President/Secretary Matt Teague, and Immediate Past President Jeffrey Brem.

“I look forward to the privilege of leading our association of home builders, remodelers, and other industry partners as we work to produce the housing needed to overcome this historic housing crisis,” Duffany said. “In the year ahead, I will work with the Executive Committee to grow the ranks of our membership and build on our advocacy momentum on Beacon Hill, where we need action on sensible housing policies that will support home construction.”

At the event held at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in North Falmouth, HBRAMA also honored four members with its prestigious Legend of the Industry Award, which was created in 2006 to recognize members across the state who drive change and innovation in the industry and who contribute to their communities. This year’s award recipients are:
