Reading Public Library’s Summer Survey Seeks Feedback

Reading, MA— This year the Reading Public Library is undertaking a series of brief surveys seeking community feedback in several areas. Earlier this year, the library ran a four-question survey on services such as the Express Hold Lockers, Homebound Deliveries, Printing & Scanning, and more. The just-released summer survey also consists of four questions covering programs for adults, teens, and children. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous, confidential, and will be read by library staff. Quick-format surveys such as these are helpful in fine-tuning library actions and communication.

All Reading residents are invited to participate in the survey here: https://bit.ly/RPLSummerSurvey, or by scanning the QR code below. Hard copy surveys are available at the library. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey!

The Reading Public Library is committed to evolving together to strengthen communication, equity, collaboration, and learning in our community. We work to achieve these goals and commitments by focusing on education, equity, accountability, and access.
