Peter J. Hrynowski, of Kingston N.H., formerly of Reading, passed away on Friday October 28, 2022. He was 64 years of age.
Born in Winchester, Peter is the son of the late Stanley and Lorraine (DeLong) Hrynowski. Peter is a loving father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Peter was a dedicated employee for many years as a cement truck driver for Beneventto in North Reading and a tow truck driver for Howe’s Towing in Wakefield.
Peter was a man of many hobbies, he enjoyed collecting and riding motorcycles, boats, and beat up old cars. He also loved driving around and discovering roadside treasure. Peter loved food. He enjoyed discovering new diners, small restaurants, and raved about seafood spots with his son Thomas. Pete was a guy who knew many people from all walks of life, he could tell stories, and loved shooting the breeze. He had a warm heart and giving personality although, he didn’t want others to acknowledge it. He was a straight shooter, with a stubborn streak, and a charm that those who loved him found endearing. He will be best know for cracking open a diet Pepsi, laying on the hard floor, and watching old The Three Stoogies reruns.
Peter is the beloved father of Thomas Hrynowski and step father of Angela Mendes and Nicole Crosby. He is the loving grandfather of Carrie Rose Mendes, Anthony Mendes, Ainsley Mendes, Koby Mendes, Lily Crosby, Richard Crosby and Jack Crosby. He is the dear brother of Nanci Gonnam and Jane McCarthy. Loving uncle to Ryan McCarthy, Danny McCarthy, and Eric Gonnam.
Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family in the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. Reading on Tuesday November 8th, 2022 from 3 pm to 8 pm. Parking attendants and elevator available.
