The Town of Reading (the “Town”), acting by and through its Select Board, requests proposals from personal wireless services providers and/or telecommunications companies for the operation of a telecommunications antennas and related equipment at the new Water Tank, scheduled to be complete in July of 2023 at, 0 Auburn Street, Reading, Massachusetts, for the provision of wireless telecommunications services.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) package 23-09 Lease of Space on Water Tank to operate Wireless Service Communication Facilities on 0 Auburn Street are available to download by visiting https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx.
The lease shall be for a term of up to twenty (20) years.
Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, § 16, sealed proposals must be received no later than October 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.at the Town Clerk’s Office, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, MA 01867. Proposal are not opened publicly.
