MURPHY, Regina (Kennedy) Age 74, of Reading, died peacefully after a long illness on Friday, April 30. She was the beloved wife of James D. Murphy for 52 years. Daughter of the late Reginald and Regina Kennedy of Revere. Loving mother of Karen Murphy, James Murphy, and his wife Allyson all of Reading. Sister of Robert Kennedy and partner Arlene Coccoluto, John (Jack) F. Kennedy, and his wife Kathleen Kennedy of Stoneham. Sister-in-law of Donna Malinowski of Groveland. Adoring grandmother of James, Jack, John, Kevin, and Kate. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visiting Hours: Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at St. Agnes, 186 Woburn Street, Reading, MA on Thursday, May 6th at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude research hospital. Burial will be private at a later date.
