Our Reading community is fortunate to have the opportunity to vote for Carla Nazzaro for School Committee. I met Carla at St. Athanasius Church in 2005 and we developed a fast friendship. I work with school districts and departments of education around the United States and Carla and I would often talk about my work, curriculum matters, and the strengths and opportunities for improvement in our Reading School District. I can think of no one with more business experience, work ethic, and passion for our schools and town and I wholeheartedly endorse her for this position.
- Carla developed her exceptional business acumen while working in corporate and family businesses, in which she gained the experience necessary to make knowledgeable and thoughtful decisions that balance the interests of all sides.
- Carla and her husband Mike have four children, the oldest of which is now a Junior at Holy Cross. All are products of the Reading school system in which Carla has been an active participant in supporting and serving the district for more than 15 years.
- Carla cares greatly about the students and families in the district and will not hesitate to speak up for them –– which she will do candidly, thoughtfully, and respectfully. There is no one who will work as hard and with as much passion to support our community and schools.
Please join me in voting for Carla Nazzaro for School Committee on March 3.
Sincerely,
Danielle Curran Walnut Street, Reading
