Sunday, March 31 at 4 pm
What do two talented, singing pastors, a New England Conservatory graduate, two as yet undiscovered Berklee students, a pianist, an organist and 4 choirs and Reading’s Old South United Methodist Church have to do with each other? The 4th Annual Tribute Concert and Hymn Sing on March 31st at 4 pm! They will perform 16 songs and hymns that include both traditional and contemporary styles. The concert itself requires no tickets, it is free to all.
With a donation of any size, you can celebrate or memorialize a loved one with music, while supporting people in need. Dedications will be printed in the event program under the hymn or song selected by the contributor, and the funds raised will support Old South’s local and global missions. Please go to oldsouthumc.org/tributeconcert for more information.
Your tax-deductible donation will fund many important causes and organizations such as Justice for our Neighbors, which provides free legal help & support to immigrants, and Imagine No Malaria, helping to prevent this terrible disease in Africa. This year we have set an ambitious fundraising goal of $10,000 toward these important causes.
