The Reading Garden Club is hosting its Annual Geraniums and More Plant Sale on Saturday, May 20 (rain or shine) on the Town Common. Geraniums, annuals, perennials, native plants, milkweed, herbs, and vegetables from Mahoney’s Garden Center, along with the much sought after members’ perennials, will be available. The bake sale will be back again as well with lots of pies, cookies and other sweet treats to tempt you. Sales begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.
As with last year, the Garden Club is partnering with Arts Reading and its members: Reading Public Library, Reading Historical Society, Creative Arts, Reading Art Association, Colonial Chorus, and Reading Civic Concert Band. These groups will have information booths on the Common and presentations during the day.
