Petit Play Café introduces fresh take on breaktime for caregivers

WOBURN, MA – Parents and caregivers across the region will soon have a cozy new destination to gather and unwind while their children play. Petit Play Café is set to open in Woburn this March, blending a thoughtfully designed indoor play space with a French-inspired café experience.
Petit Play Café is the brainchild of Lito Pantaazis, a former legal professional and mother of two who walked away from her career in 2025 to pursue what she calls “a softer rhythm” to life.

“I’m creating a calm, beautiful space where parents can breathe—while little ones play safely nearby,” Pantaazis wrote in a December 2025 Instagram post.
The welcoming, family-friendly setting at Petit Play Café features comfortable café seating where caregivers can relax with a latte, tea, or pastry while maintaining a clear line of sight to play zones designed for children aged seven and younger. On-site staff will monitor the play areas to help foster a safe and enjoyable experience.

Families may choose from drop-in play sessions, flexible memberships, play passes, and private event bookings. In addition to specialty coffees and teas, the café will offer fresh pastries, light bites, and child-friendly snacks and beverages.
Petit Play Café is located at 299-N Washington Street, Woburn, a Cummings Properties-managed building adjacent to the Cedar Street intersection. Cummings’ robust Washington Street culinary cluster also includes Anna’s Taqueria, Empower Woburn, Godavari, Kaapi and Co., Maki Maki, Powerhouse Catering, Teamoji, and Wicked Bagel.
Local families are invited to register for a grand opening celebration, to be held Saturday, March 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Visit petitplaycafe.com to purchase tickets and learn more.
