
Reading, MA — The Reading Pop Warner Cheerleading program proudly represented the town of Reading on the national stage at the 2025 Pop Warner National Cheer and Dance Competition, held in December 2025 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Four Reading teams traveled south to compete against top programs from across the country, delivering outstanding performances and earning impressive national placements.
The Mitey Mite Level 1 Large team captured first place, earning the title of National Champions after a high-energy routine that showcased strong teamwork and confident execution. Not to be outdone, the Junior Peewee Level 1 Large team also claimed first place, bringing home another National Champion title for Reading with a performance that highlighted their precision, enthusiasm, and crowd-pleasing spirit.

The success continued with the Level 2 Large Junior Varsity team, which earned an impressive second-place finish. Competing in one of the most competitive divisions of the event, the team demonstrated advanced skills, strong stunts, and polished choreography to secure their spot on the national podium.
Rounding out the competition, the Level 2 Medium Peewee team delivered a strong routine and finished in the top 10 nationally, an achievement that reflects the team’s dedication and incredible growth throughout the season.
These results are a testament to the hard work of our athletes, coaches, and families. For Reading to have four of our teams compete nationally and return home with multiple national titles and top placements is something our entire community should be incredibly proud of!
The Reading Pop Warner Cheerleaders’ success in Charlotte highlights the strength of the program and the bright future ahead for Reading cheerleading as they continue to build champions on and off the mat.
