Reading Public Library (RPL), Reading, MA—Need to make room in your craft area? Looking to try out a new craft without making a big investment? The Reading Public Library’s Community Craft Swap can help! At the Swap you can upcycle, save money, and reduce craft materials headed to landfills. Beginning March 1, bring new or gently used arts & crafts materials to the library. On March 15 come back to the Library to swap for new-to-you supplies!
How it works: only arts and crafts-related items will be accepted (please, no office supplies). Suggested items include yarn, decorative paper, fabric, paints, beads, crafting tools, etc. Please scan the code or follow the link: https://bit.ly/RPLCraftSwap, to read our Craft Swap FAQs for guidelines, and get ready to swap!
And, remember, with your Reading Public Library card, you can access endless inspiration and resources with Craft & Hobby. You’ll find accessible video-on-demand instruction in more than 20 different categories. From baking and cake decorating to crochet to photography and woodworking there’s something for everyone.
