Reading Police Department Arrest and Charge Lynnfield Woman With OUI

READING – Chief David Clark reports that the Reading Police Department arrested and charged a Lynnfield woman with Operating Under the Influence. 

CHRISTINA NAULT, AGE 46, of LYNNFIELD, was arrested and charged with: 

  • Operating Under the Influence of Liquor

On Tuesday, July 30, at about 5:15 p.m., Reading Police responded to reports of a woman behaving disorderly at the Chili’s restaurant at 70 Walkers Brook Drive.  

Reading Police arrived at the scene and were advised that the woman in question had left the scene in a silver Porsche SUV. 

Officers observed the vehicle and pulled it over in the area of 55 Walkers Brook Drive.

Officers identified the woman as NAULTNAULT admitted to consuming alcohol before getting into the vehicle and was observed slurring her speech. 

Officers administered field sobriety tests, which NAULT failed to complete. Police determined that NAULT‘s blood alcohol level was .08%, which is the legal limit.

NAULT was arrested without incident. 

NAULT will be arraigned in Woburn District Court on July 31. 

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
