Egan’s Announcement Letter

I’m writing to share the news that I am moving out of my role as the Executive Director of the Chamber. My last official day is August 25th. I will continue to support the Chamber during the transition until a new Executive Director is in place, and I plan to be at North Reading Town Day. It has been a pleasure to serve in this position for nearly 9 years, and I truly appreciate the energy you bring to your business. I have accepted a position at the Office of Strategy and Innovation at Bentley University.

Looking back, I am grateful to our members, especially those who have stepped up to volunteer on an event committee or serve on the Board of Directors. It’s truly a group effort. I’m proud to have established North Reading Town Day and Winterfest. Community events really bring so much to our amazing towns, and they are fun to plan and attend. It’s been great to be a part of revitalization at the Chamber, and I will still see many of you around. Transitions are hard, but please know the Chamber has a plan to keep regular operations in place during this time. My job posting may be found here. Please share in your network.

Thank you for everything.

Lisa
