Author Saunders to share laughs, insights, and practical gardening advice at free November 12 meeting
Reading, MA — The Reading Garden Club invites you and the public to our free monthly meeting on November 12 at 11:00 at the St. Agnes Parish Hall behind the Church.
Our speaker, author Neal Saunders, will explain why gardening is murder and the answers to other questions such as why there are garden benches when no one sits on them, why internet info on gardening is incorrect, and whether our spouses garden because they love gardening or love their spouses, especially when carrying compost.
Don’t mistake this humorous talk for all laughs and no substance. You’ll leave with practical ideas and an appreciation for all your gardening efforts. The program is free, and Neal’s books will be on sale. We’ll serve coffee, water, and tea.
