Reading Town Clerk Posts Sample Ballots for November State Election

Precincts 1, 7, and 8 Will Have 12 Ballot Questions and a Contested State Representative Race, While Precincts 2-6 Will Have 11 Questions

Reading, MA — The Town Clerk Reading MA has posted the sample state election ballot to their website (seen here: https://www.readingma.gov/574/Sample-Ballots), and it is also posted at Town Hall.
Due to the nature of precinct division in town, Reading has two ballots. Each voter will receive their one ballot based on which precinct they live in.

There are two differences in the ballots: Reading voters in Precincts 1, 7, and 8 have a ballot with 12 questions on it and have a contested state representative election (labeled “Representative in General Court), and voters in Precincts 2-6 have a ballot with 11 questions on it and one uncontested state representative on the ballot.

The ballot this election is four pages long, which is two double sides pages when you see the physical ballot. For additional election information, visit the Town Clerk’s election webpage: https://www.readingma.gov/254/Elections.
