Post 1917 Steakhouse in Reading to Host 3 B’s Wine Dinner

An intimate multi-course dining experience pairing chef-driven cuisine with Brunello, Barbaresco, and Barolo wines from Ceretto Winery

Reading, MA — Post 1917 Steakhouse will host its exclusive 3 B’s Wine Dinner on Wednesday, May 20 at 6 p.m., offering guests an intimate multi-course dining experience celebrating Brunello, Barbaresco, and Barolo wines in partnership with Ceretto Winery.

Designed for wine enthusiasts and culinary lovers alike, the evening will feature a curated four-course menu thoughtfully paired with a selection of Italian wines highlighting tradition, terroir, and craftsmanship.

The event will begin with a Champagne reception featuring chef-selected passed hors d’oeuvres before guests enjoy the following courses and pairings:

  • First Course: Scallop Ratatouille over Rosemary Consommé with Provençal garden vegetables and tomato essence, paired with Ceretto Langhe Arneis.
  • Second Course: Housemade manicotti with braised boar and onion confit filling, San Marzano tomato, and Parmigiano Reggiano, paired with Ceretto Barbaresco.
  • Third Course: Porterhouse featuring New York Strip au poivre and filet mignon, paired with Ceretto Barolo and Le Macioche Brunello di Montalcino.
  • Fourth Course: Strawberry shortcake with macerated seasonal berries, vanilla bean cream, and buttery biscuit, paired with Moscato d’Asti.
