Reading, MA — Residents of 22 Frank Tanner Drive showed some love to their neighbors this month with a Valentine-themed craft activity. The group created paper hearts and strung them together to create banners. The hearts were all as unique as their creators. Residents then decorated the community room with their banners, making it festive for the holiday. Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) organized the activity and provided treats and hot chocolate for residents to enjoy while crafting. Kristin Murphy, MVES Supportive Housing coordinator for the site, said the project brought out plenty of laughter and teamwork, in addition to showcasing the residents’ creativity. No. 22 Frank Tanner Drive is part of Reading Housing Authority (RHA). Mystic Valley Elder Services would like to thank RHA for its ongoing partnership.
