The Reading Public Library has added a hybrid meeting space option for Reading non-profits and individuals
Reading, MA — Meeting rooms are among the Reading Public Library (RPL) ‘s most popular services. Reading non-profit and non-commercial organizations, groups, or individuals serving the Reading community can book our meeting spaces for a nominal fee. These options provide a much-needed and flexible meeting space.
Thanks to our recent audio-visual upgrades, our meeting rooms are now more accessible than ever. These upgrades allow for high-quality video conferencing, making it easier for remote users to participate in in-person meetings via Zoom.
Our bookable meeting rooms include the Conference Room, which seats 25 people; Community Rooms A and B, which can accommodate up to 100 people; and with the split rooms, seating for up to 40 each. This room includes direct access to the public kitchen, a screen, a projector, and microphones. We also offer virtual meeting room space through Zoom.
All meetings, events, or programs must be open to the public. The meeting rooms are not available for private social functions.
