Reading, MA — The Department of Public Works is holding a recycling day on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The event will be held at the DPW Garage at 75 Newcorssing Road from 9 am to 1 pm.
Paper Shredding – One box per household.
Rigid Plastics – Plastic toys, chairs, containers, etc.
Electronics – Rear your old electronics! No CRT TVs/ Monitors or major appliances.
Styrofoam – clean, white #6 PS performed block and sheet, No food containers of any kind, and no colored styrofoam.
Simple Recycling – Textile collection. Schedule pickup service through www.simplereycling.com.
Residents only – no businesses
