Reading Police Respond to Crash Involving Juvenile Pedestrian

READING — Police Chief David Clark reports that the Reading Police Department responded Tuesday to a crash involving a juvenile pedestrian and arrested a driver involved.

LIAM ROBINSON, AGE 25, OF WOBURN, was arrested and charged with:

  • Driving after suspension for OUI

On Tuesday, March 26, at approximately 3:27 p.m., Reading Police were called to Lowell Street for a report that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.

Officers arrived to discover a 15-year-old juvenile suffering from injuries that appeared to be serious but not life-threatening. That juvenile was taken by ambulance to Massachusetts General Hospital.

ROBINSON remained at the scene and is cooperating with an investigation.

Officers determined that ROBINSON was driving without a license since his license was previously suspended due to an OUI arrest.

The investigation into this crash remains ongoing, but no additional charges have been filed at this time.
