Some friendly suggestions for the Select Board:
- Put all four Board members’ names into a hat.
- Blindly draw out one name. That person can serve as Chair for the next full year.
- Blindly draw out another name from the three remaining. That person can serve as Vice Chair for the next full year.
- Blindly draw out another name from the two remaining. That person can serve as Secretary for the next full year.
- Unanimously vote to accept the results of the draw.
- Get back to work.
