Special Election May 14
Reading, MA—The Town will hold a Special Election on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, to fill the Select Board vacancy. Nomination papers are now available from the Town Clerk for those interested in running.
Town Clerk Laura Gemme announced today that two candidates had pulled papers for the upcoming Special Election.

Candidates for elected offices must obtain at least fifty (50) certified signatures to qualify for placement on the May 14 ballot. Papers must be returned to the Town Clerk’s office by 5 PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
