Obituary: Jane Kudaroski, 56

d. March 1, 2024

It is with great heartache that the family of Jane Kudaroski announced her peaceful passing while surrounded by family and friends on March 01, 2024, at the age of 56.

Jane resided in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but was born and raised in Reading, Massachusetts. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Edna (Cronin) Kudaroski, and her brother Frank Kudaroski. She is survived by her two sisters, Mary Kudaroski of Portsmouth, NH, and Lisa Taylor and her husband Wayne of Pelham, NH, her niece Laura Elliott, nephew Michael Taylor, four great-nephews, one great-niece, and many cousins and close friends.

Jane was an intelligent woman with a thirst for learning. She received a BA in Architecture from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, studied at the School of The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, studied Engineering at University of Massachusetts Lowell, and studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Colorado.

Her careers included Computer Drafting, Engineering Draftsperson, and Land Surveyor for various companies throughout the years.

Jane was a gifted artist with an incredible appreciation for the joy and beauty of life. As a very talented and creative artist, she shared this love of beauty through her paintings and spectacular hand-sewn quilts.

Jane was a strong and independent woman who loved to ride her mountain bike through the trails in the wilderness. She loved sunflowers, Country music, and the Grateful Dead Band.

She loved to travel and did so frequently. She had many road trips to national parks in the US, traveled to Europe, and had an adventure on Safari in South Africa. While her travels took her many places, her favorite place was staying at the family cottage on Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport, ME. She always loved spending time on her family’s boat, with her favorite time of the day being sunset, “The Golden Hour.”

Jane was a kind, caring, and loving woman who will be missed by so many people whose hearts she touched. We love you Jane, God Bless you.

To honor Jane’s memory, we will be holding a Celebration of Life Ceremony in the Spring of this year.

When the time and place have been determined, friends and family will be advised.
