Wakefield, MA — The Wakefield Arts and Crafts Society met on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, and began with a workshop on needlepoint led by Barbara Goddeau. In this workshop, we practiced several different stitches on plastic canvas to make a sampler.
The speaker for the day was Liliana Glenn (in the photo), a glass and jewelry artist. She gave a presentation on the making of solid and hollow glass beads and had many examples of beads, objects, and jewelry she had made from the beads.For more information, please visit our
