Reading Police Department Charges Man with Breaking and Entering

READING — Police Chief David Clark reports that the Reading Police Department is charging a man with breaking and entering. 

A 37-YEAR-OLD READING man will be charged with:

  • Breaking and Entering
  • Trespassing

On Thursday, Feb. 1, at approximately 12:19 p.m., Reading Police were called to Gould Street, for a report of a past breaking and entering in which someone forced entry into the building. 

Following an on-scene investigation, officers were able to identify a male who used a pry bar to gain entry into a locked door and subsequently charged him. 

The suspect is being summonsed into Woburn District Court to face the charges at a later date. 

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
