INVITATION TO BIDS
The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites bids for the purchase of the following:
“SURPLUS EQUIPMENT” Contract No. 22-25
A description of the items and all terms and conditions, specifications, bidding procedures, and photos may be viewed on www.ironplanet.com. Bidding will begin on February 28, 2022 and final bids must be submitted directly through www.ironplanet.com on March 9, 2022 . Bids submitted after the appointed date will not be considered.

The contract will be awarded under the provisions of MGL c. 30B to the highest priced responsive and responsible bidder. Every Bid must be accompanied by a signed non-collusion form.
The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town’s and/or the public’s best interest.
