Evelyn P. Paste, 97, of Reading, beloved daughter of the late Andrew and Bessie (Feldman) Spadaro, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at her home with her loving family.
Evelyn grew up in Medford and was a graduate of Medford High School. For many years, Evelyn worked for the Medford Police Department and then for Middlesex Hospital in Waltham. She raised her family in Medford and was a devoted mother and grandmother. Evelyn was an active grandparent and was dedicated to her two grandsons and her many great-grandchildren, traveling with them as well as being consistent support in their daily lives. Evelyn will be deeply missed by all who were privileged to know her. She will be fondly remembered for her spunk, fiery spirit, zest for life, and her steadfast love of family and friends.
Evelyn is the Beloved mother of the late Patricia DiNapoli, formerly of Stoneham. Cherished grandmother of Gary DiNapoli and his wife Jana of Reading and Troy DiNapoli and his girlfriend Lisa LaBella of Lynnfield. Loving great-grandmother of Alex and Katrina DiNapoli, and Nicholas, Taylor and Adam DiNapoli, all of Reading. Beloved sister of the late George Spadaro and his late wife Louise, and the late Mildred Spadaro, all of Medford. Loving aunt of Joyce Randazzo, Georgian Moulton and her late husband Jack Mouton, and the late Paul Spadaro LoRusso, all from Medford.
Family and friends are cordially invited to gather with Evelyn’s family at the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., North Reading (Corner of Rt. 28 and Park St. at the Reading Line) on Saturday, February 5th, 2022 from 10 to 11am with interment to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Playstead Rd., Medford.
