The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites bids for:
“ELEVATOR AND CHAIR LIFT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CONTRACT” Contract No. 22-14
The Proposal, Specifications and Bid Forms for the contract may be examined and copies obtained through the www.bidnetdirect.com after September 15th at 9 am. Please note that Town Hall is closed on Fridays.
Bids must be submitted to www.bidnetdirect.com before 1:00 P.M. on September 29, 2021.
The contract will be awarded under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149 to the lowest cost responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest total price for all three years of the contract.
It is the responsibility of prospective proposers and or bidders to check www.bidnetdirect.com for new information any addenda or modifications to any solicitation.
The Town of Reading accepts no responsibility and will provide no accommodation to Bidders who submit a response and or bid based on an out-of-date solicitation or on information received from a source other than the Town of Reading.
The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town’s and/or the public’s best interest.
