RCASA HONORED IN WASHINGTON D.C. WITH THE NATIONAL RECOVERY MONTH AWARD BY THE U.S. SUBSTANCE ABUSE & MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
Sherri VandenAkker, representing the Reading Coalition Against Substance Abuse (RCASA) Board of Directors, accepted the National Recovery Month Award in Washington, D.C. on September 6, 2018, for RCASA’s 2017 Reading Unites for Recovery Project. RCASA was one of three projects in the United States to receive this special recognition at the Recovery Month Luncheon: Invest in Health, Home, Purpose, and Community.
