Reading, MA –Love to read? Enjoy sharing what you read with others? Kids in grades 1-4 can read this spring with a teen buddy! Book Mates is a reading buddy program pairing teens with 1st-4th grade children. The goal of the program is to give children the opportunity to practice the skill of reading with an attentive teen and have fun at the same time. The Book Mates program runs this spring March 21-April 25 on Wednesdays at 3:30-4:00pm. Online applications accepted February 26-March 10. Space is limited with preference given to Reading residents.
