The 60th Annual Olde Reading Faire is this weekend at the Congregational Church (25 Woburn St, Reading). There will be an estate sale, books, toys, crafts, and jewelry. Refreshments include lobster rolls, homemade baked goods, candy, fried dough, and more! The Faire is open on Friday night, 5:00-9:00 PM and Saturday 10:00-2:00 PM.
On Saturday evening, October 1, folk singer, Mary Fahl will be performing at the Ivy Chord Coffee House at the Unitarian Universalist Church (239 Woburn St, Reading). Tickets are $30 each, and can be purchased at www.uureading.org/ivy-chord.
Liquor Junction (1 General Way, Reading) is hosting an Oktoberfest Beer Tasting on Sunday from 12:00-6:00 PM. There will be tastings from breweries such as Cape Ann, Von Trapp, Yuengling, Downeast, and more. There will be raffles and giveaways all day.
