Is your child interested in TV or movies, but you are not sure how to foster their creative side? RCTV may have the summer workshop for you. RCTV has announced its schedule of summer workshops for students. Workshops include Music Video, Introduction to TV Production, Stop Motion Video, and a three-week long movie making experience called Screenplay.
For a two-day Music Video workshop, students will learn what it takes to choreograph, direct, tape, and edit their own Music Video using RCTV’s state of the art chroma-key (Green Screen) room. In Intro to TV Production, students will write, direct and produce their own commercials, public service announcements and more. They will learn how to write a script, use professional cameras and editing software, while producing their own, one-of-a-kind material. These are just a few of the options.
Workshops are offered throughout the summer months and are of varying length. For more information contact RCTV at 781-944-8888 or go to the RCTV website at rctv.org.
