Reading, MA — With the holiday season approaching, Post 1917 is offering Reading residents, businesses, and organizations a variety of options to gather and celebrate inside Reading’s historic Post Office Building.
The contemporary steakhouse, located at 25 Haven Street, features several private-event spaces designed to accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate dinners to larger company celebrations.
The Main Dining Room can accommodate up to 60 guests in a warm and elegant setting. The space can be combined with The Bar Room for a full-venue experience accommodating up to 110 guests.
For smaller gatherings, The Board Room accommodates up to 30 guests and features a built-in television for presentations and other multimedia needs.
The First Class Room, with floor-to-ceiling windows and elegant finishes, can host up to 50 guests, while The Deck offers a more relaxed, open-air setting for up to 50 guests.
Led by chef and owner Jason Carron, Post 1917 takes a farm-to-table approach to steakhouse dining, featuring carefully sourced ingredients, curated menus and attentive hospitality.
The restaurant’s private-event spaces can be used for holiday parties, company celebrations, family gatherings, and other special occasions.
