Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank (RCB) is pleased to announce the hiring of Tina Ngo as VP, Retail Branch Operations Manager. Ngo brings a strong and well-rounded operational background, with a proven track record of driving excellence across branch networks. She has successfully completed the Market Operations Coordinator (MOC) program, including cross-functional shadowing at Webster Bank, which has given her a deep, hands-on understanding of operational consistency, compliance, and execution across multiple locations.
In addition, Ngo completed the Regional Operations Officer program at TD Bank—further strengthening her expertise in audits, risk management, and scalable operational practices. Ngo held positions such Store Manager II at TD Bank in the Boston South Region, where she consistently achieved top audit results and partnered on operational shadow reviews across multiple branches. She also played an active role in fraud awareness initiatives and led efforts to ensure strong compliance, risk management, and operational discipline. Prior to that, Ngo was a Director Banking Center Manager at Webster Bank in the Boston Financial District, where she managed operations for a $35M+ deposit branch. She was selected for the Market Operations Coordinator (MOC) program, further demonstrating her leadership in cross-branch operational excellence, while also focusing on team development, compliance, and process improvement.

“What truly sets Tina apart is her eye for operational excellence”, said Christoper Sylvestre, SVP, Head of Retail Banking. “She has a natural ability to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance workflows—not just to improve the client experience, but to make things better and more efficient for our colleagues as well. Her approach is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real branch experience.”
A people-first leader, Ngo is passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and fostering a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and trust.
“I am beyond grateful to be joining Reading Cooperative Bank Family,” Ngo remarked. “I came to RCB because I believe deeply in its mission and the culture of collaboration and community that’s been built. From my very first conversation, it was clear that this is a place where people genuinely care about their customers, about each other, and about doing things the right way.”
Beyond her professional contributions, Ngo is deeply committed to community engagement. She has supported the Boston, Quincy, and Vietnamese communities through financial literacy initiatives, small business outreach, and volunteer work with Veterans organizations and United Way since 2018.
Outside of work, Ngo enjoys playing chess and singing karaoke, reflecting her love for both strategy and creativity. She is also passionate about traveling and experiencing different cultures, with a personal goal of visiting all 195 countries by the age of 60. She is a proud parent to her 10-year-old son, who is her greatest motivation and the driving force behind everything she does.
